At Holden Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
